Drywall Progress

The drywall is hung and taped and the walls are going to be plastered and textured next.

Home Update

The framing is completed along with the rough plumbing, mechanical, gas and electrical. The insulation is currently being installed and the drywall company will begin hanging the sheetrock early next week.

Lining out for framing

Preparation for framing has begun. The home is being lined out. The trusses are ordered and the windows are to be ordered today.

Slab Poured

This morning at 3:00 AM we poured the main slabs cement. The pour went very smooth. The Garage and Theater room slabs will be poured this week.

Slab Prep

The exterior footings have been poured and the slab is being prepped and the stem wall for the sunken theater room is being done.

Footings Progress

The City inspector and the ACC has verified the compliance for the footings. The footings will be poured today and then the slab will be formed, graded and ready for the underground work to begin.

Footings Prepped

The footings have been dug and prepped and are ready for the City inspector.

Off and Rolling!

The lot has been graded, the home and lot area has been staked and the footings are half dug, the temporary power pole has been set and inspected and now has power, the water metor has also been installed and is active.

Permit Issued!

The City of St. George has issued the building permit for this wonderful home. We now have all of the official approvals to begin construction.

The plan and the building permit application has been submitted to the City of St. George and is currently under review.

Plan is Approved!

The ACC has approved the plan and it is now ready to submit to the City for a building permit. We have been re-approved as a preferred builder in the Cliffs.

Cliffs Meeting

The Cliffs are meeting on June 18th to review this plan with the entire ACC together. We should be able to take the plan to the city once the approval is given at this meeting.

ACC Submission

The plans and application for this incredible home are submitted to the Architectual Control Committee and are currently under review.
